Call it whatever!

Metamorphosis – is the lifecycle of a frog from where it starts with an egg, which hatches into a tadpole, which further develops into a froglet and then into a frog eventually. And with a stretch of imagination – the ‘right’ frog changes into a prince when a princess kisses it!

I am like – Wow!

Something similar happens to butterflies! Wrapped in a pile of goo, a caterpillar finally comes out of it as a butterfly when it achieves adulthood.

They are entirely different animals at different stages following the law of nature, so I guess accepted as a norm, but astonishing to see how nature operates.

But when the same evolution happens with people and oneself, and the obvious symptoms are – Sir Jo Tera Chakraye ya Dil Dooba Jaae, Toh Champi karne waalon ki bheed lag jati hai.

All your ‘Mein Sambhaal loonga/loongi’ goes for a toss! Because the Champi is basically to test out their respective oils and massage styles.. even when you are fairly convinced about what works for you..

I think very few offer themselves as Subjects for champi – Call it drowning in love!! Because in all the excitement it takes time to understand whether the Sun is rising or is it setting? It can very well be the case that you never get to know!

And yes coming to Love, the real thing that happens during all this time of travail and tribulations. In the core of all the peripheral excitement, is a huge churning going on- releasing at moments the nectar of love, of the self, of a certain faith to be. The deep sense of gratitude that comes up time & again (till one is not fully established in it) for specifics (till everything in general becomes reverent). That something that holds, that makes one stay and stand a moment more! For those moments, that make you feel your life worth living. The butterfly perhaps on her first flight to an adjacent flower before really flying into the far & wide!

So much like the song. – a tribute.
